The location is super convenient! It's close to beaches and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The nice little pool is perfect for unwinding, and the staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in during the busy Christmas season. Honestly, it offered decent amenities for the price, so that was a plus.

The place was a letdown overall. Our room had a weird chemical smell, and the outdated decor made it feel like a time warp. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Not ideal for a cozy holiday stay!

Amiable staff, fairly clean hotel, brand-new and absolutely perfect room. Peaceful setting in the secure area, close to the observatory and caves and west coast and beach, bakery, gym and main highways. Overall pleasant stay for one night.

The front desk staff and housekeeping provided really good service, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room, while basic, had a comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower. The on-site pizzeria was a good find with affordable prices, and breakfast was decent with a nice variety of options.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, with a big shower that offered warm water and a working AC. Plus, the location was safe and easy to find, conveniently close to town and attractions with free parking available.

Room facilities felt a bit dated. The shower could use some attention, and the room lacked basic furniture like a table and chairs. Only receiving one towel during my four-night stay was inconvenient, even if extra requests for towels got accommodated. A little effort in the bathroom and a fresh coat of paint could significantly enhance the experience without a hefty investment.

The adults and children's pool is great. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. Staff provided good service. Affordable dining options are available.

Our group enjoyed a spacious beautiful room with two queen beds, offering a comfortable stay. The hot water took far too long to come through, wasting water and time. I recommend asking about the hot water in advance! The breakfast options were good.

Marco's pizza hit the spot-super tasty and just what we needed after a day of exploring. The pool vibe was chill, and the staff were super friendly!

Our first room reeked of chemicals, and the walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbor's chats. The bathroom had mold stains, made me wince, but at least we got moved to a better room.
